Before-and-after photos. Our cleaning teams take photos of the areas we clean. These photos are used for quality control, training, dispute resolution, and as proof of work completed. We may also use photos for marketing on our website or social media; however, we will not disclose the cleaning location or include identifiable parts of your home, family members, or personal items without your consent. If you are not comfortable with photos being taken or used, please contact us and we will accommodate your request where possible.

Call recordings. Calls made to or received from Uprise Clean may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution purposes. Recordings are stored securely and accessed only by authorized staff.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. These include access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, and limiting access to staff and contractors who need the information to perform their roles.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using our services, you acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

Personal information is generally stored on servers located in Canada or the United States, including those operated by our software providers. By using our services, you consent to your information being processed and stored in these locations.
